By continuing to use the website https://phoenixworld.pw and participating in testing on the PhoenixWorld server, you confirm your agreement with this User Agreement and all its provisions.
1.1. This agreement applies to all resources of the PhoenixWorld project: game server, Discord, and related services.
1.2. The project team reserves the right to amend this agreement without prior notice.
1.3. The administration may apply any sanctions at its discretion for violating the agreement.
1.4. The team reserves the right to suspend access to an account or character without explanation.
2.1. Threats to the project team are strictly prohibited.
2.2. Publishing private communication with staff without permission is not allowed.
2.3. Providing false or misleading information to the team is considered a violation.
2.4. Any user may request the deletion of their data and account.
2.5. Server IP addresses are not published for security reasons.
2.6. The team does not interfere with gameplay except during events, rule violations, or emergencies.
2.7. The project is not responsible for the loss of items if login data was shared with third parties.
3.1. Account owners are fully responsible for their accounts and any shared access.
3.2. The team is not responsible for lost characters or items unless caused by a force majeure.
3.3. Use .lock and .lock_hwid commands to protect inventory. Without this, stolen items will not be restored.
3.4. All actions performed on an account are the responsibility of its owner.
3.5. All accounts owned by one player may be punished for violations on any of them.
3.6. Inactive accounts (over 14 days) may be deleted without recovery.
4.1. It's forbidden to use reserved words: GM, Admin, ADM, Support, Administrator, PhoenixWorld, etc.
4.2. Impersonating staff is strictly prohibited.
4.3. Offensive, vulgar, or provocative names/titles are not allowed.
5.1. Statements that damage the project's reputation are forbidden.
5.2. Do not spread false information about PhoenixWorld.
5.3. Advertising other projects or games is not allowed.
5.4. Racism, nationalism, political propaganda, and hate speech are strictly prohibited.
5.5. Public item giveaways related to leaving the project are not permitted.
5.6. Threats unrelated to the game are not allowed.
5.7. Calls to leave the project are prohibited.
5.8. Offensive language, personal attacks, and insults to family members are forbidden.
5.9. Flooding and spam are not allowed.
6.1. Use of third-party software, macros, bots, or unauthorized client modifications is prohibited.
6.2. Exploiting bugs is forbidden. Any issues found must be reported to the team.
7.1. Any fraudulent behavior aimed at stealing property from other players is banned.
7.2. Exploiting visual or mechanical bugs in trade is not allowed.
7.3. Selling/buying game items or services for real money (RMT) is forbidden. Only in-game currency is allowed.
8.1. In case of DDoS attacks, the team reserves the right to reschedule events.
8.2. Data center issues may cause unexpected downtime.
8.3. Item theft during epic raids (e.g., Antharas, Baium, Valakas) may be reviewed by the team. Restoration is at the team's discretion and based on logs.
9.1. Blocking access to accounts, the forum, Discord, or other services.
9.2. HWID/IP bans may be applied.
9.3. Characters or accounts may be deleted.
9.4. Chat bans may also be tied to HWID.
9.5. Items may be removed from a character.
9.6. Temporary restrictions may apply to gameplay access.
10.1. One blocked account may result in sanctions on all linked accounts.
10.2. A ban on one PhoenixWorld resource may extend to all others.
10.3. Players may appeal a ban. Appeals will be reviewed in turn, final decisions rest with the team.
11.1. All donations are voluntary. Refunds apply only to unused funds.
11.2. Gold Einhasad is delivered automatically within 15 seconds. In case of failure, contact the admin via Discord or email.
11.3. Once balance is used, users forfeit the right to refunds.

11.5. Refunds may be requested if the service was not delivered or partially delivered.
11.6. To request a refund, contact our support team via Discord or email [email protected] — refunds are processed within 10 business days.
